Alpha Psi - Spring 2017

I never saw myself joining a sorority, despite knowing about alpha Kappa Delta Phi in high school. Even though I joined multiple organizations as a freshman and made lots of friends, I didn’t feel comfortable expressing myself to them. Eventually, I felt lost and didn’t know if I had a community that I belonged to, but that changed after being a part of this sisterhood. For the past 2 years, I’ve been blessed with the most amazing line sisters, bigs, and littles, who shaped me in every way to become the person I am today. I love every moment with them, including spontaneous trips to cities, random sleepovers, and bubble tea adventures.

Why aKDPhi?

The sisters of alpha Kappa Delta Phi truly embody the pillars of scholarship, leadership, service, Asian-awareness, and sisterhood and taught me what it means to be a confident woman.

Through their support, I obtained numerous leadership positions, such as Vice President of Service and Vice President of External, and accomplished goals that I would have never expected myself to reach. I will always be thankful to my sisters for everything they’ve done because they are the most hardworking, sweetest people I've ever met.
